Terms of use

1. The service

AgriNova helps you track your animal batches, expenses, losses, sales and results, and offers an AI Advisor and training guides.

The service comes in three plans: Free, Pro and Ultra. What each plan includes is shown in the application, on the "Choose your plan" screen.

2. Your account

• You must give a valid e-mail address and choose a password that you keep secret.
• You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.
• An account is meant for one person or one farm. You declare that you are of legal age or have the permission of the person responsible for you.

3. Paid plans and payment

• The Pro and Ultra plans are paid. Each payment gives access to the plan for 30 days.
• There is no automatic renewal: after 30 days you keep your data and return to the Free plan, unless you pay again to extend.
• Payments are processed by our provider Chariow (Mobile Money or bank card). We never see your secret code or your card number.
• The plan activates automatically once the payment is confirmed. If it does not activate, or in case of a double payment, write to us: we will fix the problem or refund you.
• A payment corresponds to 30 days of access. Once the plan is activated, it is in principle not refundable, except for an error on our side.

4. When a subscription ends

Your data and batches are kept. You can still view them and enter expenses, sales and losses. You keep your existing batches and can add one free batch; after that you must renew to add more. The limits of each plan (number of batches, Advisor quota) are shown in the application.

5. The AI Advisor

• The Advisor is an automatic assistant (artificial intelligence). It can make mistakes.
• Its answers are general advice. They do not replace a veterinarian, a livestock technician or an animal health professional.
• For a serious illness, high mortality or a situation that lasts, call a veterinarian or your local livestock officer.
• Any plant-based remedies mentioned are a support, not a treatment. Never give a medicine without its leaflet or a veterinarian's prescription.
• The Free plan gives one trial message per day with the Advisor. The Pro and Ultra plans give more messages per day. Photo analysis (up to 5 per day) is reserved for the Ultra plan. The limits in force are shown in the application.
• A photo does not allow a reliable diagnosis: the causes suggested are possibilities, to be checked with a professional. Do not send photos of people.
• To answer, the Advisor uses an artificial intelligence provider (currently Google Gemini): your question and your photo are sent to it. See the privacy policy.
• You remain solely responsible for the decisions you make for your animals.

6. PDF guides

The training guides sold on our online shop are for your personal use only. You must not copy, resell or share them.

The training and documents made available with the Ultra plan follow the same rule: personal use only, without sharing the folder or its link. They are accessible for the duration of your subscription.

7. Your data

The data you enter (batches, expenses, sales, etc.) remains yours. We use it only to run the service. Our privacy policy explains in detail what we collect and why.

8. Rules of use

• Use the service fairly. It is forbidden to try to access other people's data, disrupt the service or misuse it.
• It is forbidden to use the Advisor for illegal requests or requests unrelated to livestock.
• We may suspend an account in case of abuse, after informing you when possible.

9. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service running well, but we cannot guarantee that it is always available or error-free, in particular in case of Internet outages or failures of our providers.

AgriNova is a management aid. The figures shown depend on what you enter. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current period.

10. Changes

We may change the service and these terms, for example prices or plans. Prices already paid for a current period do not change. We tell you about important changes in the application.
